Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of HubSpot CRM tailored to client business needs.
- Perform HubSpot CRM administration, including setting up pipelines, workflows, forms, and
dashboards. - Develop and configure custom HubSpot modules, landing pages, and email templates using
HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Integrate third-party applications with HubSpot via RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow
and synchronization. - Handle negative API integration scenarios to ensure system stability and data integrity.
- Design and implement custom-coded solutions for advanced automation and CRM
enhancements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and support to align CRM
strategies. - Maintain documentation for all implementations, integrations, and custom solutions.
- Ensure HubSpot platform is compliant with client-specific business processes and security
standards. - Stay updated with the latest HubSpot certifications and apply best practices for
implementation and development.
